We are is seeking a fulltime Senior Flash Developers who definitely owned at least 3+ years experience hand-coding Flash to join our rapidly growing Technology team.
This role bridges the creative and technical aspects of project delivery— with little supervision a Senior Flash Developer develops and implements designs technically according to creative and art direction already established. As such, the qualified candidate must be able to work in and bridge the creative with the technical across a variety of platforms and frameworks.
Kĩ năng tối thiểu: • Responsible for designing and developing highly interactive flash applications that include interaction with video and audio
• Responsible for executing through code complex designs that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established technical framework
• Creation of all coded Presentation Layer deliverables
• Works well as a team member on large accounts, understanding how a team operates and what is expected of the various roles on the project
• Able to shift between a creative and a technical focus depending on the project need and/or the type of project
• Establish presentation layer requirements
• May need to rapidly produce interim deliverables (such as style guide components, technical specifications, prototypes, proofs of concept, etc.) in addition to the final live site or application.
• Participate in developing supporting proposal materials for projects.
• Participate in scoping and planning work
• Participate in writing detailed level technical and functional specifications documentation
• Ability to take initiative to research and learn emerging technologies
• May manage a small team of Flash Developers
• Participation in the greater Flash Development Community
• Experience with Rich Internet Applications, Macromedia Flash, particularly technical and coding aspects such as Object Oriented Action Script 2/3, Flash Remoting, Data Binding, Components, etc. required. Flex or Lazlo experience a plus
• Must have extensive knowledge of Action Script 2.0/3.0, Script Based Animation, Object-Oriented Programming, Flash Video (Progressive or Streaming), Event Driven Programming and XML
• Experience with Design Patterns, Advanced Object-Oriented Programming, MVC Architecture such as Cairngorm, Web Services, Flex and Backend/External System Integration a plus.
• Experience version control systems
• Experience with Analytics Solutions (Omniture, WebSideStory, WebTrends)
• Image production techniques using Fireworks or Image Ready
• User Interface Design, Information Architecture, graphic design experience a plus
• Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills.
• Team management skills.
